Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shi Fu Tu (ranked 168 p4p, 16 weight class) and Kotetsu Yamamoto (ranked 277 p4p, 30 weight class). Fu Tu comes to the cage accompanied by Klendathu drop. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yamamoto throws out a loose jab but Fu Tu uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fu Tu throws out a powerful jab.
Fu Tu goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

so Yamamoto counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Fu Tu lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Fu Tu is fighting to break Yamamoto's control of his arms but Yamamoto is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

The fighters circling - Fu Tu throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fu Tu with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Yamamoto to score with a decent uppercut.
Yamamoto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

It looked like Fu Tu was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Yamamoto.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shi Fu Tu dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Donk. Fu Tu catches Yamamoto right on the button with a cross.
Fu Tu walks into a straight right hand from Yamamoto.
Yamamoto moves out of range of the leg kick from Fu Tu.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Fu Tu, as that shot connected.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Yamamoto checks a leg kick.
Fu Tu misses with a body kick.

Fu Tu is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Yamamoto can do to turn this around?
Yamamoto lands with a right hand.
Fu Tu throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Yamamoto stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Yamamoto takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

During a confident post fight interview, Shi Fu Tu thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
In defeat, Kotetsu Yamamoto stepped up to the mic, saying 'did u fart? or is that ur breath ???
