Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Irvin Reed (ranked 25172 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leroy Sucks (ranked 5899 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Leroy Sucks was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Sucks is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Reed still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Reed has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Irvin Reed.
Well Reed has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
