The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bolt looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Bolt is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Hayes looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bolt is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Bolt content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Hayes has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bolt is working away from the top position though.
Hayes has a hand on Bolt's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Bolt takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
