The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxing lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Boxing moves into range and clinches up with Cox.

Cox's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Boxing circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cox shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Cox tries to clinch there but Boxing circles away.
Boxing feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Coxs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A looping hook to the body misses from Boxing. Cox does a little dance to reset his feet.
Boxing looks to land a left hand but Cox moved out of range nicely.
Boxing comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Cox throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Boxing moves into range and clinches up with Cox.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Boxing lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Cox backwards.
Boxing blocks an uppercut.
Boxing lands with a right to the head.

Cox breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cox with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boxing to score with a decent uppercut.

Cox has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Boxing throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Coxs head.
Boxing pushes Cox back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Boxing creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
