The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Skinner closes the distance and clinches.
Skinner has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Skinner wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Dickensons has him pressed against the cage.
Skinner prevents the takedown attempt.
Skinner tries to circle away but Dickensons has him pinned against the cage.
Skinner's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Skinner has taken the fight to the clinch.
Skinner wants to break free but Dickensons has control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Skinner ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Skinner no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Dickensons throwing strikes from guard but Skinner blocks nicely.
Dickensons lands a couple of decent looking shots.
It looks like Douglas Skinner has been cut.

Dickensons loads up on a big left hand. Skinner felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Dickensons looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Skinner can't hide his disappointment, as Dickensons celebrates the victory.
