The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Donde fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Sorola sprawls well initially but Donde persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Donde wants to pass the guard but Sorola is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Donde moves into full mount! Sorola won't be happy about that!
Sorola is wriggling around trying to escape.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sorola is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Donde has taken his back.

Sorola is trying to defend against the choke here but Donde has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Donde Tightens the hold and Sorola taps out furiously! Donde displays superior BJJ to win the fight.

A relieved looking Raymond Donde thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
