Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Simon Jensen (ranked 2750 p4p, 319 weight class) and Tomo Jr (ranked 4781 p4p, 484 weight class). Jensen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Imagine Dragons - On Top of the World. Tomo Jr acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jr connects with a nice looking jab.
Jr with a hook.
Jr cracks Jensen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jr misses with a straight left.
Jr feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jensens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jr misses with a two punch combination.
Tomo Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jensen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jr was covering up waiting for the punch and Jensen finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Jensen advances position into side control!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jensen thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Jensen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Jr tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

Jensen has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Jr has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.

Jensen sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Jr taps out!
