Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bucky Henderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Luis Rose!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Henderson throws a combination. Rose tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Henderson throws a looping overhand right but Rose ducks down to avoid it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Rose has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Rose fails to land the takedown.
Rose dives in for a single leg takedown but Henderson sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Henderson's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Henderson duly obliges.

The fighters circling - Henderson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Rose slips under a jab.
Henderson misses with a series of wild punches.
Rose tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Henderson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rose manages to avoid it.
Bucky Henderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rose ducks under a wild hook from Henderson.
Henderson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Henderson leaves Rose with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Bucky Henderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luis Rose.

Rose moves into the clinch.

Rose fails to pull guard.

Henderson is pressed up against the cage. Rose has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Henderson down to the mat. Henderson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Rose shoots in but no luck this time.

Rose raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Henderson just misses with a punch to the body.
Henderson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rose is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Rose shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Henderson pinned against the cage. Henderson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A telegraphed right hand from Henderson misses the target.
Henderson lands with a nice combination. Rose backs away looking to recover.

Rose is rocked!
Henderson walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Rose drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Henderson swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Rose's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
