Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Anderson (ranked 5024 p4p, 567 weight class) and Hunter Greene (ranked 2337 p4p, 313 weight class). Greene has chosen Oakland as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greene shoots in and bounces Anderson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Greene decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Greene looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Anderson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Greene on the ground.
Greene is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Greene's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

It looks like Alexander Anderson has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Greene gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Anderson enables Greene to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Anderson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Anderson looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Greene controlling from the top position.
Greene's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
More stalling from Greene.
Greene works over Anderson with some ground and pound from guard.
Greene is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Greene passes Anderson's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Greene works his way into side control.
Greene controls the position from side control.

Greene is working to tighten his grip on Anderson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Anderson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Greene is really squeezing tight and eventually Anderson passes out! Greene breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
