The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noisewater dodges the punch combination from Rarden.
Barry Rarden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rarden throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Noisewater counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Rarden falls off balance throwing a combination
and Noisewater connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Noisewater lands an overhand right.
Rarden on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Rarden misses with a double jab
and Noisewater counters with a big uppercut that knocks Rarden off his feet! Noisewater dives into side control looking to finish!

The ground and pound from Noisewater seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Noisewater goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Rarden has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Noisewater but great work by Rarden.

Noisewater manages to reverse the position and now he's in Rarden's guard. Nice work there by Noisewater.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Noisewater throws a strike but Rarden rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Noisewater working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rarden doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rarden manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Noisewater will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Rarden prevents Noisewater from getting the reversal.

Noisewater throws an overhand right that lands on Rarden's shoulder, as Rarden tries to avoid the shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Noisewater's corner calls for a 1-2. Noisewater obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Noisewater throws out a powerful jab.
Rarden looks to throw the jab but Noisewater is out of range.

and Noisewater counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Rarden moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Noisewater moves into the clinch.
Noisewater lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Rarden is trying to break the clinch but Noisewater is controlling him.
A short body shot lands from Noisewater as the two fighters clinch.
Noisewater lands a left hand that snaps the head of Rarden backwards.
Rarden's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Noisewater pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Noisewater dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Rarden throws a left and a right that both miss
and Noisewater counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Noisewater lands with a cross.
Noisewater catches Rarden with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Noisewater steps in with a hook that catches Rarden right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Noisewater follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Rarden looks absolutely devastated.
