The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Borg.
Mon Ami cracks Borg with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jean Paul Mon Ami seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Borg slips a straight right by Mon Ami.

Borg lands a jab to Mon Ami's midsection.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Mon Ami, as that shot connected.
Mon Ami looks to land a right hand but Borg moved out of range.
Mon Ami blocks a head kick by Borg.
Mon Ami lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Junior Borg has been cut.
Mon Ami has taken the fight to the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Borg.
Mon Ami will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Borg up against the cage.

Borg wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Borg tries to break free but Mon Ami pushes him back against the cage.

Borg swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mon Ami.
Borg throws a right hand that Mon Ami ducks under and follows up with a left that Mon Ami also avoids with ease.
A decent looking cross lands there for Mon Ami.
Borg takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Mon Ami throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Borg on the side of the head.
Mon Ami has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.

Borg wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Borg breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Borg drops his hands momentarily and Mon Ami takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Borg lands with a slapping head kick.
Borg tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mon Ami cracks Borg with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Borg falls to his knees and Mon Ami doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
