Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Allen gets a clinch.

Randall is fighting off a takedown attempt but Allen is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Randall to the mat. Randall regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Allen has gone for a leg lock! Randall slips out almost immediately though and dives into Allen's guard.

Randall gets to his feet. Allen looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Allen throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Randall tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Allen is in Randall's guard.
Our spies down at at Iron Fist Gym inform us that Randall has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Randall has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Allen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Allen wants to get up but he can't break Randall's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Allen drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Randall manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Allen has Randall in his guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Randall scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Allen preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Randall landing some decent shots from guard.
Randall throwing strikes but missing.
Randall tries to free his leg and advance position but Allen is retaining full guard.
Randall works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Randall passes the guard and advances to mount!
Randall avoids the attempt from Allen to control.
Randall unloads with some shots from mount but Allen bucks and avoids them well.

Randall swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
