The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ringo shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
De Pacas closes the distance and clinches.
De Pacas misses with some punches.
Ringo blocking some punches.
Ringo blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Ringo wants to break the clinch but can't.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ringo is trying to push De Pacas away but De Pacas has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
De Pacas lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ringo backwards.

Ringo wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Ringo seems to have recovered his senses.
Ringo has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by De Pacas after a bit of a struggle.
Ringo tries to stall but De Pacas uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Ringo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

De Pacas creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Ringo's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Ringo drops to his knees and De Pacas pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pedro De Pacas!
After winning the bout, Pedro De Pacas thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
