Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Morote Gari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and anaho anaho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
anaho looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Gari connects with a solid leg kick.
Gari lands a right hook to the body.
anaho shoots in and drives through. Gari sprawls well.
Gari plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

It looks like anaho anaho has been cut.

Gari scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

anaho wants to control but Gari is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Gari seems to be working for a kimura but anaho defends the submission attempt.

anaho is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Gari pulls his head out easily.

Gari decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

enabling Gari to counter with a crisp jab.
Morote Gari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of anaho anaho.
anaho looks gassed!
Gari plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Gari closes the distance and clinches.
Gari crunches a lovely knee into anaho's ribcage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Gari.

Gari turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Gari manages to end up in side control.
anaho is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Gari has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Gari moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Gari misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Gari scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Morote Gari seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gari connects with a high kick.

Nice uppercut lands for Gari. That snapped anaho's head back.

Gari ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gari no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Gari escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. anaho gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

anaho has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Gari to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! anaho is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Gari pulls down on the head and he's put anaho to sleep! This one is all over!
