Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drew Pinksy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Default Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Drew Pinksy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Default Fighter!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinksy throws a right hand that Fighter ducks under and follows up with a left that Fighter also avoids with ease.
Pinksy throws a right and a left that Fighter avoids nicely.
Fighter shoots in for a takedown but Pinksy shows good takedown defense.
Pinksy swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fighter tries for a takedown but Pinksy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Pinksy misses with a few strikes there.
Fighter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pinksy's waist but Pinksy gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter off to one side.
Drew Pinksy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Default Fighter.
Pinksy throws a sloppy head kick and Fighter moves out of range easily.

Fighter shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Fighter has gone for a leg lock! Pinksy slips out almost immediately though and dives into Fighter's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Pinksy looking to pass the guard.
Pinksy is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Pinksy won't allow Fighter to sweep him here.

Fighter had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Pinksy is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Fighter Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Pinksy's back instead.
Pinksy trying to control the hands but Fighter breaks the grip.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Fighter is looking for a rear naked choke here but Pinksy reverses the position brilliantly into Fighter's guard!
Fighter keeping moving, preventing Pinksy from controlling successfully.

Pinksy decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Fighter shoots in but no luck this time.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Fighter will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
No joy there for Pinksy, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Drew Pinksy is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Pinksy stuffs the takedown.

Pinksy throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fighter on the side of the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Pinksy lands with a slapping head kick.


It looks like Default Fighter has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pinksy lands a right hook to the body.
Default Fighter seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fighter takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Pinksy lands with a right hand.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Pinksy and Fighter goes tumbling to the canvas! Pinksy follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Pinksy in particular looking to stall.
Fighter is looking to improve his position.
Pinksy moves into full mount! Fighter won't be happy about that!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Pinksy takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Drew Pinksy dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Default Fighter's cut.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Fighter changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pinksy tries to avoid it but Fighter manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pinksy to the ground. Pinksy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Fighter shoots in for a takedown but Pinksy shows good takedown defense.
Fighter tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pinksy swivels and escapes.
Drew Pinksy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Default Fighter.
Both fighters circling a little - Pinksy finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Pinksy goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Pinksy scores with a nice right hand.
Fighter takes a body punch but keeps moving.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pinksy lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Fighter avoids a punch combination nicely.
Drew Pinksy is winning the standup battle so far.
Pinksy drops Fighter with a beautiful combination! Fighter stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Pinksy is looking for the KO!


Fighter is rocked!
Fighter is breathing heavily.
Pinksy lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Fighter falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
