Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Rumina Endo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Dvargledare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dvargledare has chosen they might be giants as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dvargledare listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Endo looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Dvargledare misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Dvargledare misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Endo.
Endo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dvargledare but Dvargledare pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Dvargledare breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Endo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dvargledare as he jumps to the side.

Endo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Dvargledare throws out the jab.
Rumina Endo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Endo moves out of range of the body kick from Dvargledare.

Dvargledare throws a hook to the side of Endo's head but Endo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Dvargledare closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.
Dvargledare escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Endo checks a leg kick.
Endo takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Dvargledare rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Endo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Dvargledare has eaten all the pies!
Dvargledare Rushes Endo and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Endo is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Dvargledare Piles on the pressure and Endo crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thomas Dvargledare!
