The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jarvan Iiii rushes Askren and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Askren is trying to force a seperation but Jarvan Iiii has the dominant position.

Jarvan Iiii lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Askren is trying to break the clinch but Jarvan Iiii has him pressed against the cage.

Jarvan Iiii creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Askren's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Askren drops to his knees and Jarvan Iiii pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

A less than humble Prince Jarvan Iiii misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
