Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Gold (ranked 3367 p4p, 324 weight class) and Danny White (ranked 1309 p4p, 141 weight class). Danny White has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. White gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. White apologises and we restart here on the feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jack Gold.
Well White has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In his post fight interview, Danny White started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
