Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Manson (ranked 6123 p4p, 302 weight class) and Duxney Pierda (ranked 7849 p4p, 343 weight class). Pierda has chosen Cigarettes After Sex - Please Don't Cry as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manson throws a jab but it's blocked by Pierda.
Pierda lands a head shot.
Pierda has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Manson pushes Pierda up against the cage in a clinch.
Pierda is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Manson tries for a takedown but Pierda manages to get underhooks.

Pierda is fighting off a takedown attempt but Manson is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Pierda to the mat. Pierda regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Manson lands a big elbow - Pierda is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Manson!

After the fight, Tyson Manson was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
