Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terence Weiss (ranked 1285 p4p, 187 weight class) and Caitlyn Jenner (ranked 800 p4p, 119 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenner throws a shot from downtown. Weiss moves away and avoids it.
Weiss drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Weiss slips a jab and a cross from Jenner.
Caitlyn Jenner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Weiss moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Jenner looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Jenner loads up on a big right hand but Weiss slips the punch.

Weiss ducks under a wild hook from Jenner.
Weiss throws a front kick aimed at Jenner's knee but Jenner avoids it well.

Good leg kick by Weiss there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Weiss goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Jenner looks to land a left hand but Weiss moved out of range nicely.
And Weiss counters with a quick kick to the body but Jenner blocks it.

Donk. Jenner catches Weiss right on the button with a cross.
Jenner rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Weiss counters with a series of strikes. Jenner will be more careful next time no doubt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jenner works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Weiss is working the combinations to good effect here.

Jenner darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Jenner is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Weiss had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Jenner tries to bum rush Weiss with a series of wild strikes but Weiss uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
