Parsons takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Lane gets a clinch.

Parsons gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Lane wants to get back to full guard.

Parsons is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Parsons decides to stand and escape the position.
Lane misses with a combination

and Parsons moves into the clinch.

Parsons turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Lane wants to get back to his feet but Parsons is dominant here and he's now got Lane's back!

Parsons is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Lane is defending well though. Parsons let's go of the attempt for now.
Parsons lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.

Lane wants to control his opponent's hands but Parsons gets his hands free.
Parsons controlling well, preventing Lane from escaping the position.

Parsons has the hooks in. Lane is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Lane is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
