Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chang Blake (ranked 9223 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benjo Clifton (ranked 6627 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Clifton seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Clifton wants to stand and escape but instead Blake has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Blake avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Blake wanted to stand there but Clifton had control of the position.

Clifton has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Blake can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Blake stands up and waves to Clifton to follow him.

Blake tries to sprawl but Clifton drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Clifton takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Blake is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Blake is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Clifton scores with a couple of nice shots.

Clifton is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Clifton wants to take a breather but Blake is having none of it.
Clifton is just content to waste time from the top position. Blake takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Let's hope that Clifton has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Clifton gets to his feet - Blake follows without any prompting.

Clifton drives through and clinches with Blake against the cage.
Blake wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Blake is trying to push Clifton away but Clifton has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Blake drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Clifton pulls guard effortlessly.

Blake is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Clifton has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Blake is looking to defend but Clifton has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Blake! Clifton pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Blake taps out and this one is all over!
