Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Derp Wyatt (ranked 644 p4p, 67 weight class) and Jack Jones (ranked 704 p4p, 77 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wyatt might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Tones on Tail - Go!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Derp Wyatt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 15 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Jack Jones!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Joseph Jones and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones slips under a jab.
Jones slips a straight right by Wyatt.
Jones throws a sloppy head kick and Wyatt moves out of range easily.
Jones displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Wyatt throws out the jab.
Jones throws out a counter right but Wyatt avoids it with no problem.
Wyatt lands a jab to the head.
Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Wyatt.
Wyatt misses with an uppercut.
It seemed like Jones was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jones.
Jones slips a jab from Wyatt.
Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A head kick misses from Jones.
Jones keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Wyatt.
Jones looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Derp Wyatt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.


It looks like Derp Wyatt has been cut.
Jones throws a head kick that misses.
Wyatt misses with a leg kick.
Wyatt looks to land a body kick but Jones moved away.
Jones is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wyatt jabs Jones right on the nose. Jones blinks but takes it well.
Sloppy strikes from Wyatt. Those never looked like landing.
Jones has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Wyatt misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jones.

Jones avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
A lazy left from Wyatt finds it's target.
Wyatt throws a hook but Jones blocks it.
Jones's coach down at IC&E Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jones's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Wyatt lands a nice shot to the body.
Wyatt throws a combination. Jones tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Wyatt throws a half hearted mid kick.
Jones slips a jab and a cross from Wyatt.
Jones stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Jones takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Jones throws a head kick but Wyatt moves out of range.
Wyatt sizes up Jones with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Wyatt takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Wyatt blocks a head kick by Jones.
Jones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wyatt misses with a wild body shot.
Jones scores with a shot to the body.
Jones connects with a body shot.
A solid leg kick lands there for Wyatt.
A jab from Jones does it's job there.

Wyatt tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Wyatt.
Wyatt throws a body shot but no joy.
Wyatt keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jones.
Wyatt slips under a jab.
Jones moves away from the strike by Wyatt.
Wyatt throws a jab when Jones was well out of range.
Nice shot lands for Wyatt.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Wyatt scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Wyatt tests Jones's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Jones throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Wyatt sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jones throws a hook but Wyatt avoids it easily.
Wyatt throwing a counter right hand but Jones manages to avoid it.
Wyatt needs to keep his hands up - Jones had a free shot at his head there.
Jones dips to his left and cracks Wyatt with an uppercut!
Wyatt scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Jones needs to keep his hands up - Wyatt had a free shot at his head there.
Jones drops Wyatt with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Wyatt! Jones dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Jones!
Jack Jones looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Bugger all this, I'm off for a pint. I retire!'.
Derp Wyatt was interviewed post fight and said 'am sorry yall!!!'.
