Zaffran's entrance music is Alesso - Years. A fine choice. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaffran throws a leg kick but Wright sees it coming and moves out of range.
Zaffran tries to move into range but Wright moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Wright blocks a head kick by Zaffran.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Wright! But no joy.
Danga de danga de dang - Wright scores with a four punch combination!

It looks like Muhammad Zaffran has been cut.
Wright should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Zaffran shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Zaffran takes one to the chin there.
Wright bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Wright scores with a one two! Zaffran had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Wright uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Zaffran.
Zaffran throws a leg kick but Wright sees it coming and moves out of range.
Wright lands a jab.
Jimmy Wright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zaffran throws a body kick that misses.
Zaffran tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wright was well out of range. Poor timing from Zaffran.

Wright lands a left and a right that send Zaffran crashing to the mat, dazed. Wright thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Zaffran is rocked!
Wright closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Zaffran out cold! Zaffran corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
