The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swagger swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Swagger fails with a takedown attempt.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Maximus prevents Swagger from breaking the clinch.
Swagger is trying to break free.
Maximus landing knees to the head.
It looks like Bob Swagger has been cut.
Maximus tries to score a body lock takedown but Swagger shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Swagger wants to stall.
Maximus escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Maximus walks straight into a right hand from Swagger - that's dropped him! Swagger jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Maximus from any more punishment! Maximus complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
