Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Luke Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). William Wallace will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace fails with an attempt to clinch.
Wallace thows a left - swing and a miss!
Fisher blocks a head kick by Wallace.
Wallace throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fisher.

Fisher stuffs the takedown.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Fisher is hanging on to Wallace's back as he tries to escape.
Fisher is riding his opponent, not letting Wallace buck him off.
Wallace tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Fisher takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Wallace really wants to buck Fisher off and get back to his feet.

I really don't envy Wallace right now.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Fisher will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Wallace is looking to escape.
Wallace wants to stand back up but Fisher manages to pass into side control.
Wallace tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Fisher wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Fisher avoids the head kick by Wallace.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Fisher lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wallace circles away quickly and effectively.

Wallace drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wallace working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Wallace trying to control the position from guard on top but Fisher is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wallace wants to get up but he can't break Fisher's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Wallace is looking to work some ground and pound but Fisher has wrist control.
