The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Edson Gomes and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caiman throws a hook to the side of Zheglov's head but Zheglov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Caiman misses with a leg kick
and Zheglov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Zheglov misses with a body shot.
Caiman drops down looking for a counter takedown but Zheglov sprawls and moves away.
Zheglov throws a series of punches but Caiman avoids them all with ease.
Caiman looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Caiman misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Caiman misses with a takedown attempt
enabling Zheglov to counter with a crisp jab.
Zheglov doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Caiman goes for a double leg but Zheglov avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Zheglov continues to drive forward.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zheglov bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Caiman's head.
Caiman closes the distance but Zheglov moves to the side
and Zheglov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Caiman misses with a low kick as Zheglov jumps back.
Nice shot lands for Zheglov.
Zheglov lands with a cross.
Caiman takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Zheglov slips a jab and a cross from Caiman.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Zheglov! But no joy.
Zheglov keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Zheglov ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Zheglov is looking for the big counter here.
Zheglov fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
A shot to the body from Caiman misses
and Zheglov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Caiman gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Zheglov counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ronaldo Caiman. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Zheglov throws a series of strikes that have Caiman backpedaling.
Caiman takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Caiman is rocked!
Zheglov throws an overhand right that drops Caiman like a sack of potatoes! Zheglov dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
