The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lockwood throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Boulanger moves in looking to clinch but Lockwood pushes him off.
Lockwood was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Lockwood throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Boulanger fails in his attempt to clinch.

It looks like Wyatt Boulanger has been cut.
Boulanger will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Lockwood went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Lockwood circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lockwood lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boulanger circles away quickly and effectively.
Boulanger shapes to counter with a head kick.

Boulanger looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Boulanger is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Boulanger wants to clinch up but Lockwood keeps it at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boulanger bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lockwood throws a right and a left that Boulanger avoids nicely.
Lockwood ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Dean Lockwood seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lockwood fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Boulanger changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lockwood tries to avoid it but Boulanger manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lockwood to the ground. Lockwood escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dean Lockwood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wyatt Boulanger.
