Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Antione Chaney (ranked 6849 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takizama Zuki (ranked 8475 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Takizama Zuki!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Chaney.
Zuki struggling a bit here.
Zuki tries to bench press Chaney off him but Chaney keeps the position.
Zuki manages to work his way to half guard, despite Chaney's best efforts.
Chaney knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zuki on the ground.
Zuki has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Chaney is working away from the top position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chaney is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zuki is trying to stand back up but Chaney is controlling him

Chaney thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Zuki moves into full guard.
Chaney throwing strikes but missing.
Zuki wants to control but Chaney passes easily into half guard.
Zuki gets back to full guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Chaney working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Chaney throws an elbow that misses. Zuki uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Chaney's guard. Nice move by Zuki!
Zuki slips nicely into half guard, despite the strikes coming from Chaney.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Zuki lands a nice short elbow.

Zuki works his way into full mount!
Zuki looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Zuki throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Chaney because Zuki loaded up on that one.
Chaney wants to get back to his feet.

Zuki can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Chaney is looking to escape.
Chaney is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Chaney trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Zuki trying to control but Chaney is having none of it.
Zuki has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chaney's face.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Takizama Zuki dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Zuki fails to land the takedown.
Zuki shoots in but no luck this time.
Chaney doesn't manage to clinch there - Zuki circles away.
Zuki tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Chaney throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Zuki dives in and scores a takedown into Chaney's guard.
Chaney is looking to stand back up but Zuki counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Chaney.
Takizama Zuki has got the better of the ground game so far.

Zuki wants to control but Chaney is keeping him busy.

Chaney pushes Zuki off and gets back to his feet.
Chaney moves into range and clinches up with Zuki.
Zuki successfully pulls guard.
Zuki is looking to cinch up a triangle. Chaney throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Zuki's body to avoid the submission. Zuki has instead reached around Chaney's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Zuki arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
