Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Richard B Kives (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zaphod Beeblebrox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beeblebrox has chosen Unearth - One Step Away as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Richard B Kives had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Richard B Kives!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zaphod Beeblebrox!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beeblebrox showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kives.
Horrible takedown by Kives or perhaps it was just good defense by Beeblebrox which made him look bad.
Kives shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Beeblebrox as he jumps to the side.
Beeblebrox scores with a nice strike.
Kives throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Kives takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kives fails in his attempt to clinch.
Beeblebrox just misses with a punch to the body.
Beeblebrox swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kives counters with a leg kick.
Kives throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beeblebrox's waist but Beeblebrox gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kives off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Richard B Kives. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Beeblebrox steps into range and cracks Kives with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Kives flops backwards and Beeblebrox dives into his guard looking to finish!
Kives is breathing heavily.
Kives keeping moving, preventing Beeblebrox from controlling successfully.
Beeblebrox passes Kives's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Beeblebrox is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Beeblebrox working Kives over with strikes.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Beeblebrox connects with a nice short shot to Kives's temple.
Kives is rocked!

Beeblebrox works his way into full mount!
Oh Kives is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Beeblebrox drops a big elbow. That's hurt Kives! More shots from Beeblebrox and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
