PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matt Hall (ranked 9029 p4p, 597 weight class) and Edmond Moore (ranked 24600 p4p, 637 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hall might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dance Till You're Dead. Edmond Moore is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moore throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hall tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Moore is in Hall's guard.
Moore throws a big right hand that misses.

Moore thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hall knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Moore on the ground.

Moore drops back looking for a leg! Hall is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Hall manages to kick Moore off! Moore jumps back into Hall's guard.
Moore trying to control the position from guard on top but Hall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Moore forces his way into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Moore is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Moore is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hall has managed to free his arm - good work.
Moore frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
