Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Mitchell (ranked 2754 p4p, 326 weight class) and Drake Draco (ranked 4452 p4p, 508 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Draco's choice of entrance music: The Prayer. Drake Draco is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, John Roberts and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Draco pinned against the cage. Draco gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Draco throws a series of punches but Mitchell moves out of range.
Mitchell gets a takedown into half guard.
Draco avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mitchell.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mitchell not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Mitchell thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Mitchell thows a huge punch but Draco dodges it nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mitchell missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Mitchell with the ground and pound but Draco uses the opportunity to regain guard.
Mitchell distracts Draco with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Mitchell working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Draco's head.
It looks like Drake Draco has been cut.

Mitchell scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Mitchell lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mitchell in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Mitchell throws a strike but Draco rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Draco wants to pass the guard but Mitchell is keeping the position.

Draco postures up in Mitchell's guard and throws a big left but Mitchell blocks it.
Mitchell is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mitchell connects with a nice short shot to Draco's temple.
That has opened up Drake Draco's cut even more.
Draco keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Mitchell is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Draco is hurt! He's hurt bad - Mitchell fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Draco from any more punishment! Congratulations to Mitchell! Great finish!
