Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lazy Bastard (ranked 6035 p4p, 515 weight class) and Mike Brown (ranked 5500 p4p, 490 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastard throws a good cross that connects.
Bastard looks to land a left hand but Brown moved out of range nicely.
Bastard scores with a one two! Brown had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Bastard misses with a body shot
and Brown counters with a left to the body.
Bastard scores with a hook to the body. Brown takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Bastard avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bastard fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Brown looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Bastard swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.

It seemed like Brown was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Brown's coach down at Play House was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Brown's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Brown is trying to maintain a safe position but Bastard gets an underhook and turns Brown into the ropes.

Oh Bastard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A jab from Brown finds it's way through Bastard's defenses.

Brown ducks into an uppercut from Bastard and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
