Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diomedes Argosian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Harrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Argosian's entrance music is "Scarface Groove" by Paris. A fine choice. Harrison has chosen God's Gonna Cut You Down as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Diomedes Argosian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Harrison!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrison gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Harrison shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Argosian but Argosian pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Harrison fails to land the takedown.
A telegraphed right hand from Harrison misses the target.
Harrison takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Argosian misses with a straight left.
Harrison misses with an uppercut. Argosian saw that one coming.
Argosian throws a big shot that misses.
Harrison fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Diomedes Argosian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of William Harrison.
Argosian avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Argosian lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.


It looks like William Harrison has been cut.

Harrison changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Argosian looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Harrison swings around for an armbar but Argosian sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Harrison's guard.

Argosian stands up and beckons Harrison to his feet.

Argosian lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Harrison closes the distance and clinches up with Argosian, looking for a takedown. Harrison pushes Argosian against the cage but Argosian circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Argosian lands a glancing blow to the side of Harrison's head.
Argosian catches Harrison napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Harrison to the canvas!

Argosian passes Harrison's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Harrison is still in real trouble! Can Argosian finish him?
Argosian lands with a punch from half guard.
Argosian works his way into side control.
Argosian content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
Harrison seems to have recovered his senses.
Harrison is looking to reverse the position.

Harrison regains half guard, as Argosian was trying to land strikes.
Harrison tries to roll over but Argosian keeps him under control.
Argosian wants to take a breather but Harrison is having none of it.
Argosian thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Argosian is keen to just control but Harrison is a slippery customer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Argosian swings for the body but Harrison moves out of range.
Donk. Argosian catches Harrison right on the button with a cross.
Argosian lands with a thumping leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Horrible takedown by Harrison or perhaps it was just good defense by Argosian which made him look bad.
Harrison is breathing heavily.
Argosian works the jab nicely.
Argosian cracks Harrison with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Harrison falls to his knees and Argosian doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Diomedes Argosian!
