Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rickson Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Urijah Klein!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klein blocks a head kick by Silva.
Klein looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well.

Klein closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
You can see the frustration on Silva's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Klein is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Silva has escaped the position, nice work there.

Klein is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Silva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Klein thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Silva stops Klein from passing to mount.

Klein goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Silva rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Klein's guard! Nice work there by Silva!
Klein looks gassed!

Klein looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Silva passes into half guard.
Silva seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Silva stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Klein to get to his feet.
Silva scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Silva goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Urijah Klein has been cut.
Klein avoids the head kick by Silva.
Silva lands a head kick that stumbles Klein and the fighters go to the mat.

Klein is rocked!
Silva postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Klein covers up, he's hurt! Silva keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Silva and the ref steps in to end the fight! Silva can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
