And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Real Me!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wise closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Me's guard.
Wise engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Wise is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Me looking for a sweep. Not yet Me, not yet.
Wise is in close to Me's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Wise decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Me, up you get!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Me throws a combination that misses
letting Wise counter with a right hand.

Wise fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Me to the ground. Wise is now in Me's guard.
Wise forces his way into half guard.
Wise performing his best blanket impression for a moment.

Wise has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Wise decides to stand and escape the position.
Me misses with the combination.
Me looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Real Me is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Me throws a series of punches but Wise avoids them all with ease.

Wise has managed to clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Wise ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Wise no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Wise is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wise is on top in guard.

Me can't keep his opponent in guard - Wise advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Wise takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Wise scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Wise keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Me is looking to control Wise's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Me avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Wise has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Me defend it? Wise steps over the head and cranks it - Me is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Wise!
