Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Banks (ranked 24144 p4p, 821 weight class) and Lucifer Samm (ranked 5761 p4p, 653 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Franklyn Lucas and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samm defending well as Banks loads up on a big left hand.
Samm throws a hook but Banks blocks it.
Banks quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Samm looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Banks can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A punch lands to the side of Banks 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Samm connects with a good right hand that stumbles Banks. Banks circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Samm clobbers Banks with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Samm drops Banks with a beautiful combination! Banks stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Samm is looking for the KO!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Samm has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Banks takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Samm goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Samm throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Banks stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Lucifer Samm comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Samm has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
