Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, AG Pennypacker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 7 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mick Dundee!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dundee defending well as Pennypacker loads up on a big left hand.
Pennypacker takes a jab right on the kisser.

Pennypacker moves into the clinch successfully.
Dundee with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Dundee tries to throw a body punch but Pennypacker avoids it by throwing Dundee back against the cage.

Dundee misses with a hook to the ribs.
A right hook to the body lands for Pennypacker.

Pennypacker breaks the clinch.
Dundee takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Dundee has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Dundee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Dundee connects with a leg kick. Pennypacker looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Dundee walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Pennypacker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dundee is fending him off so far but Pennypacker persists. Nope, Dundee circles away and we're back to standing.

AG Pennypacker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dundee takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Dundee was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Pennypacker breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dundee lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pennypacker has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pennypacker and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Pennypacker needs to keep his hands up - Dundee had a free shot at his head there.
Dundee ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Dundee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pennypacker.
Pennypacker has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dundee finds it's way round the side to connect with Pennypacker's head.

Pennypacker is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pennypacker waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dundee.
Oh Pennypacker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pennypacker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pennypacker seems to have got his legs back now.

The fight stays on the outside here - Pennypacker looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Pennypacker tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dundee swivels and escapes.

Dundee thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Pennypacker if he has to take too many more of those.
Pennypacker drops his hands momentarily and Dundee takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Dundee has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Mick Dundee seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Pennypacker wants to clinch up but Dundee keeps it at a distance.
Dundee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Pennypacker shoots in looking for a takedown but Dundee manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Pennypacker's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Dundee throws a lazy right hand but Pennypacker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Dundee dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dundee shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Pennypacker takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Dundee sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Pennypacker bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mick Dundee!
Mick Dundee decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
