Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Derrick Wooten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gigantcer Zek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zek tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wooten swivels and escapes.
Wooten is looking to counter the offense by Zek and move into the clinch.
Zek takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Zek fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Zek shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Wooten sprawls well. Wooten wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Zek gets slowly back to his feet.
Derrick Wooten has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gigantcer Zek.
Wooten tries to clinch but Zek is having none of it.
Zek unleashes a big counter combination but Wooten bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Zek shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wooten as he jumps to the side.

Zek moves into range and clinches up with Wooten.

Zek turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Zek manages to end up in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zek wants to stand but Wooten is controlling his arm.
Wooten wants to get back to his feet but Zek drags him back down.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Zek is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Wooten is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Zek has control of Wooten's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wooten regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Zek tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Zek bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Zek wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wooten keeps working.

As Zek tries to get set, Wooten tries to push him back and clinch up but Zek manages to avoid the attempt.
Wooten throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Zek's head.

Wooten is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Zek has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Gigantcer Zek showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Wooten wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Wooten lands with a shot to the body.

Wooten jumps guard but Zek stands there with Wooten around his waist. Wooten gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Zek manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Zek. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
