Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brenton Caldwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilson Snyder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Wilson Snyder was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brenton Caldwell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wilson Snyder!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snyder throws a head kick that misses.
Caldwell tried to counter with a leg kick but Snyder avoided it.
Snyder throws a head kick but Caldwell moves out of range.
Snyder closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Caldwell to the mat! Caldwell manages to get full guard.
Caldwell has Snyder pulled in close to control his posture.
Snyder tries to stand but Caldwell is controlling from the bottom.
Snyder is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snyder is looking to work some ground and pound but Caldwell has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Snyder controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Snyder forces his way into half guard.
Caldwell won't allow Snyder to pass to mount.
Snyder is controlling the pace.
Snyder works his foot free and advances to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Snyder is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Caldwell can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
It looks like Brenton Caldwell has been cut.
Caldwell really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

A big strike lands for Snyder! That's really hurt Caldwell and he's turned his back - Snyder keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Snyder jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Wilson Snyder!
