Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson cracks Rommero with an open hand slap.
Rommero drives through and clinches with Davidson against the cage.
Rommero manages to break the clinch.
Rommero throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Davidson was covering up waiting for the punch and Rommero finishes the takedown easily into guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rommero postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Davidson is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Rommero, into his guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rommero manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
Davidson swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Rommero changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Davidson looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kenzie Davidson will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Rommero has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Davidson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Rommero shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Rommero was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Davidson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Rommero wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

I would just about give that final round to Joel Rommero.
I think Rommero has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
