The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haigh with a lazy takedown attempt
and Haigh takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Stove connects with a jab.
Haigh throws a series of punches but Stove moves out of range.
Stove swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Haigh throws the kick towards the body but Stove avoids it.
Haigh scores with a hook to the body. Stove takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Haigh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Haigh throws a head kick but Stove moves out of range.
Stove lands the left hand.
Stove defending well as Haigh loads up on a big left hand.
Haigh has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Touch Of Death Combat Academy in the buildup to the fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Haigh takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Haigh throws a series of punches but Stove moves out of range.
Haigh is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stove.

The fighters circle momentarily. Stove darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Steffan Stove is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Haigh fails with a takedown attempt.
Stove appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Haigh lands with a cross.
A low kick from Haigh is predictable there
and Stove counters with a one-two to the body.
Haigh misses with a series of wild punches.
Stove throws a counter combo.
Haigh lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Haigh.

It looks like Steffan Stove has been cut.

Haigh throws a solid leg kick but Stove takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Haigh.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Haigh throws a sloppy head kick and Stove moves out of range easily.
Stove pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stove lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Haigh backs up against the cage.
Stove takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Haigh misses with the combination.
Stove lands a glancing blow to the side of Haigh's head.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Haigh.
Stove keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Despite the aggression on Stove's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Haigh takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Haigh wants to clinch.
Haigh throws a series of punches but Stove moves out of range.
Haigh misses with the body kick
and Stove counters with a stiff right hand.

Haigh is rocked!
Haigh swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Stove counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Haigh has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
