Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Akamai Hoi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zod Wettin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hoi comes to the cage accompanied by Blood Red Sky. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wettin clinches up with Hoi and pushes him back against the cage.
Wettin is trying to trip Hoi. He has hold of a leg but Hoi is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wettin persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Wettin with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Wettin stands up over Hoi, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Hoi trying to keep a closed guard but Wettin is proving a slippery customer.
Wettin is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Wettin landing with the ground and pound.
Hoi keeping full guard, as Wettin tries to pass.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wettin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Wettin works over Hoi with some ground and pound from guard.
Wettin stops Hoi from standing up.
Wettin working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hoi's head.
Hoi trying to control the position.
Wettin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hoi throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Wettin escapes and throws Hoi's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Hoi tries to improve position but can't.
Wettin scoring with punches and elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wettin is working Hoi over with some ground and pound from side control.
Wettin is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Hoi will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Wettin lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Hoi down.
Wettin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

A big shot lands for Wettin! That's hurt Hoi! Will he recover? Wettin fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
