Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kazuka Fuujin (ranked 247 p4p, 31 weight class) and Bas Dekkers (ranked 654 p4p, 79 weight class). Fuujin comes to the cage accompanied by a lot of Asian swag in this young man. Dekkers has chosen Shells - Get your roll on as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

22 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Bas Dekkers!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fuujin lands a two punch combo.
Fuujin scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Dekkers fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dekkers misses with a looping left.
Fuujin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Dekkers is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fuujin with a body shot.
Dekkers has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dekkers takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Kazuka Fuujin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dekkers closes the distance looking to clinch
and Fuujin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fuujin throws a shot from downtown. Dekkers moves away and avoids it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dekkers throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Dekkers takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Fuujin changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Dekkers uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fuujin.
A left lands for Fuujin.

Fuujin misses with a low kick.
Dekkers has taken the fight to the clinch.
Fuujin misses with some punches.
Dekkers lands an elbow inside that Fuujin shrugs off.
Fuujin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Dekkers lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Fuujin misses with some punches.
Fuujin misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Fuujin manages to pull guard.
Fuujin controls Dekkers momentarily but Dekkers frees himself.
Dekkers pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Fuujin is keeping the position for now.

Fuujin trying to keep a closed guard but Dekkers is proving a slippery customer.
Fuujin has his feet on Dekkers's thighs here. He's pushed Dekkers off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Dekkers screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
