The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bell moves into the clinch.
Medzy is trying to drag Bell to the mat but Bell just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Bell jumps guard.

Medzy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Medzy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Medzy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Bell looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Medzy drops back looking for a leg! Bell is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bell manages to kick Medzy off! Medzy jumps back into Bell's guard.
Bell seems keen to control Medzy's posture.

Medzy drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bell dives on top into guard.

Medzy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Medzy is breathing heavily.

Medzy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bell scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

It looks like Mihail Medzy has been cut.
Bell passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bell cracks Medzy with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Bell immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Medzy is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Bell!
