The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pidaso misses with a head kick.
Pidaso uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McCoy.
McCoy avoids the head kick by Pidaso .
McCoy avoids a kick to the body.

McCoy closes the distance and clinches.
McCoy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

McCoy's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Pidaso uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McCoy.
A head kick misses from Pidaso .
McCoy appears to be looking for a big counter.
Pidaso takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
McCoy digs a good body shot into Pidaso 's ribs.
McCoy works over Pidaso 's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Stu Pidaso has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McCoy throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Pidaso stumbling backwards into the cage! Pidaso bounces back off the cage towards McCoy, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! McCoy lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! McCoy celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
