The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kalle shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Williams as he jumps to the side.
Kalle fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Williams defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Kalle.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Karl Heinz Kalle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Williams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kalle pinned against the cage. Kalle gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Williams thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Kalle is trying is best to control the position here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Williams thows a huge punch but Kalle dodges it nicely.

Williams stands up from half guard.
Williams misses with a few strikes there.

and Kalle counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kalle.
Kalle fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Williams tries to break free but Kalle pushes him back against the cage.
Kalle is struggling to control the position.

Williams has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Kalle is squirming around, avoiding Williams's attempts to control the action.

Williams has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Kalle's face.
Kalle on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kalle tries to get out of the position.

Williams stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Kalle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Williams lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Kalle pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kalle circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kalle throws a combination. Williams tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Kalle fails to land the takedown.
Williams looks like he wants to counter punch here.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Williams throws a right hand that Kalle ducks under and follows up with a left that Kalle also avoids with ease.

Kalle tries to score a power double leg takedown but Williams sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kalle somewhat.

Williams gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kalle.

Kalle tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Williams just stands there and leans against the cage.
Williams wants to get back to striking at distance but Kalle won't allow it.

Williams is looking for a triangle but Kalle pushes his legs off easily.

Williams pushes Kalle off and gets back to his feet.

Williams doesn't manage to clinch there - Kalle circles away.
Kalle misses the shot to the body.

Kalle gets tackled into the cage by Williams. Williams maintains the clinch.
Kalle gets underhooks to prevent Williams's takedown attempt.
Williams gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kalle.
Kalle throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Kalle stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Williams jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kalle walks away with a smile on his face. Williams gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Kalle rushes Williams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Williams jumps guard but Kalle stands there with Williams around his waist. Williams gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Williams gets to his feet - Kalle follows without any prompting.
Kalle is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Kalle misses with a low kick.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Williams fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Jonny Williams.
I've got Williams winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
