It looks like Hai Hicks has been cut.
Hicks shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ejayi as he jumps to the side.

Hicks has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Ejayi is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Hicks.

Ejayi takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Hicks takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Ejayi's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
