Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Tankmit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ptpt Suares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tankmit comes into the arena with Unstoppable blaring out of the sound system. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tankmit takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

It looks like Daniel Tankmit has been cut.
Suares moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Tankmit is rocked!
Suares misses with a combination
and Tankmit counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Ptpt Suares has been cut.
Suares throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Suares misses with a series of wild punches.

Tankmit has managed to clinch.
Suares is trying to break the clinch but Tankmit has him pressed against the cage.
Tankmit pushes Suares back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Suares manages to break the clinch.
Suares throws a left and a right that both miss

and Tankmit counters with a crisp one two that drops Suares! Tankmit thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Suares to his feet! Suares is in big trouble!
Suares throws a series of punches but Tankmit moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Tankmit on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Suares falls off balance throwing a combination

and Tankmit counters with a crisp right hand that drops Suares! Tankmit lets Suares back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Suares is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tankmit takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Tankmit shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Suares defends it nicely.
Suares lands with a nice body kick.

Tankmit fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Suares, pushing him back against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Tankmit's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Tankmit is working for takedown but Suares is calmly controlling the position for now.
Suares is trying to break the clinch but Tankmit is controlling him.
Tankmit has had enough of the clinch but Suares keeps him there for the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Suares breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Suares lands with a thumping leg kick.
Suares swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
No joy there for Suares, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Tankmit has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Tankmit has had enough of the clinch but Suares keeps him there for the moment.
Tankmit is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel Tankmit. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Tankmit takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Tankmit tries to break free but Suares pushes him back against the cage.
Tankmit looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Tankmit wants to break the clinch but can't.
Suares jumps guard but Tankmit turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Tankmit wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Suares is looking to break free of the clinch but Tankmit has double underhooks.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Tankmit is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Suares to keep the fight standing.
Tankmit lands a hook to the side of the head.
Tankmit keeps control of Suares as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Tankmit throws a knee to the head but misses.
Tankmit goes for a takedown in the clinch but Suares prevents it.
Suares tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tankmit just stands there and leans against the cage.

Suares ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Suares no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ptpt Suares dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Suares misses with the combination.
Suares swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Tankmit counters by clinching up.

Suares pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Suares throws a series of punches but Tankmit avoids them all with ease.
Nice sprawl there from Tankmit as Suares shoots in.
Tankmit avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tankmit throws a big counter combination but Suares scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Ptpt Suares seems to be getting the better of the standup.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Suares walks into a stiff left hand from Tankmit.
Suares falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tankmit counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Suares has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
