Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Floyd Maybetter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Ogbeche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Floyd Maybetter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Ogbeche!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maybetter fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ogbeche manages to avoid it.
Ogbeche displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Maybetter throws out the jab.
Nice takedown defense from Maybetter. No joy for Ogbeche on that attempt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Maybetter enables Ogbeche to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Maybetter manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Maybetter is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Ogbeche is controlling him.

Ogbeche stands and steps away. Maybetter gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ogbeche closes the distance and clinches.

Ogbeche has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Maybetter regains guard immediately.

Maybetter gets caught flat footed, as Ogbeche shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

The fighters are working up against the ropes. Maybetter manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the ropes.

Ogbeche's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Ogbeche shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Maybetter is trying to defend but Ogbeche finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That was a close round but I would say that Floyd Maybetter will probably get the nod.

and Ogbeche counters with a one-two to the body.

Maybetter sets himself, and Ogbeche steps forward looking for the clinch! Maybetter avoids it this time.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Maybetter, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
